The process pipe of a major food & beverage company was corroding badly. If this continues on, the pipes will eventually leak and cause major production issues.Wrap Seal PLUS corrosion repair system and Seal Stic steel epoxy was used together to perform pipeline repair and rehabilitation in this project. First, Seal Stic steel epoxy and Wrap Seal PLUS activated resin was applied onto the pipe surface to seal the pinhole leaks. Next, Wrap Seal PLUS fiberglass repair tape is applied to reinforce the pipeline. The repaired area was in excellent condition after 5 years!
